About the Program
RUSH (Reducing youth Self Harm) offers to the community a project that targets 'at risk' youth or youth actively involved in anti-social behaviour. This mentoring program is implemented in the local community for the benefit of the whole, wider community. RUSH brings the local community together for the cause of local youth, with members of the local community providing 1-on-1 mentoring to build strong, positive relationships with young people.

About the Program
Currently the PCYC operates the Youth Engagement Project (YEP) on southern Gold Coast. The project coordinates and conducts a range of programs for young people, aged between 12 and 18 years, who may be considered 'at risk' due to a range of economic and social factors. This project will enable local 'at risk' youth to participate in workshops and develop life skills in the lead up to Christmas ending with a Christmas show.

About the Program
The 'Lock It or Lose It Awareness Campaign' involves hosting security expos in Warwick and Stanthorpe. The expo will educate, inform and increase community participation in property security methods. Business, residential and vehicle security will be targeted via a number of community education sessions. The project aims to strengthen behaviour to implement security measures and shift attitudes of complacency towards property security within the community.
